Shipping and Handling
Barnesmith offers Ground Shipping methods to locations within the continental United States.
We are PROUD to offer FREE Ground shipping for all orders of $99 or more and a low, flat rate of $8.99 for orders under $99 (within the continental US only)!
For the regions of Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. territories of American Samoa, Guam, Marianas Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands - as well as to P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses - we can only offer Ground service via U.S. Postal Service. Standard Canada is offered to most locations within Canada for an additional charge over domestic rates.
Orders received before 11 am EST typically ship within 24 hours if all items ordered are in stock and do not include "special" orders (e.g., custom gifts) or drop-shipped items from one of Barnesmith's distinguished suppliers. Shipping days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays.
Barnesmith uses both the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) for all shipments.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has shipped, a link will be posted on your account page online that allows you to see detailed tracking information on your shipment. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped that includes your tracking number (for domestic orders only). Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier's website.
Regular orders are shipped out by Standard Delivery (ground) and typically take 3-10 business days. If you're concerned your shipment is late, please note the following before replying to customer service:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- Express orders placed after 11 am PST (2 pm EST) won't be processed until the next day.
- Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- United States Postal Service offers standard delivery Monday through Saturday.
Standard Delivery
Orders of in-stock items will ship typically 24-48 hours from the time of order and will arrive within 3 to 10 business days following credit card authorization and shipment.
Express Shipping
Currently, we do not offer guaranteed Next Day or 2nd Day shipping options. Our Ground Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days for most US addresses.
International Shipping
Currently, Barnesmith only ships to the United States and Canada. We are reviewing our international shipping options and hope to have a program in place in the future.
